About the Artist:
Sarah Eisner is a visual artist who works in the language of color, movement, and silence across a variety of mediums. For her, painting is a way to express what words cannot. A place where brushstrokes become sentences and empty spaces invite the imagination to participate. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, and now based in New York City, Sarah’s life and practice are shaped by adventure and experimentation.
Coming from a family of highly creative artists and adventurers from the United States, Switzerland, and Vietnam, she draws from her multicultural and creative background. Her travels and experiences around the world have broadened her perspective and provided much of the inspiration for her work. Each new culture and relationship has fueled her admiration for beauty in all forms and strengthened her desire to contribute to the global exchange of art and ideas.
Much of Sarah’s work unfolds in short, intentional segments over time, allowing her the space to form fully realized perspectives. Through her practice, she has found a way to speak simultaneously with both head and heart, connecting with others who share a language of layered curiosity and compassion.
Eyesner’s art is rooted in the idea that what we see is only part of the story…
Through color, movement, and layered forms, my work invites people to pause and look again—not from a place of doubt, but from curiosity. Every piece holds multiple truths depending on how you frame it, the same way life, love, and memory shift when you change your angle. The goal isn’t to give answers, but to create a space where perspective opens, questions feel welcome, and the viewer becomes part of the work simply by noticing
